Build an internal network fast and find a senior manager/director who will sincerely look out for your best interest.

ProsThe people who work at PwC make the company great. Then company has a very impressive feedback process which helps individuals build their career.

ConsSalary is not as competitive as it could be. Review is not always as objective as it should be. As a staff member, expect to work long hours. You won't be alone, the entire team will be working they're @!$!% off.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't always stick with what you know when it comes to staffing an engagement. Spend more time with new hires to really understand how they can leverage existing teams/engagements.
