Pros

Global reach of company allows exposure to various geographies, cultures, and business issues. The employees are generally very sharp and sharing peer knowledge is great learning experience.

Cons

It is not a very empowering place for employees. Most work is based on whims of top management. Also, no pursuit of acquiring new customers... focus is on draining existing customers.
