Pros

Global Organization with great colleagues.
The majority of the employee base really wants to help the company to be successful

Cons

Members of senior management are ineffective. Experienced and successful senior managers are prevented from thinking. Employees are prevented from having any impact and are treated as though they have nothing intelligent to contribute. People are quick to take credit for successes whether they actually contributed to the success and reluctant to take accountability for a failure. Promotions are given to the incorrect individuals.

Advice to Senior Management

Some members of senior management are ineffectual and clueless. Others in senior management seem to be successful only when they lie and or spin things to . Opposing veiwpoints or alternative methods of doing business are discouraged and the individual employees are punished for having them. Too many politics to play for this size of a company. Suffocating future growth of the company by thinking small , holding people back from their potential and blaming the individuals for failure to be successful. Look at the overall landscape of the market, value your employees, stop balming employees for failure to execute when they are prevented from executing.
