Management is focused - first on timeliness of monthly reports, sales efforts are secondary.
10% pay cuts - follwed by quarterly riffs
Advice to Senior Management
Must not focus on not doing the "wrong" things or by the "right "things better.
Failure to understand that the entire ERP purchase / evaluation structure has shifted, from the 80s and 90s.
