Pros

Colleagues make the day go by quickly
Many people are willing to assist you with your job
Fair compensation package for new hires

Cons

Senior Management seems to dictate how to do daily tasks
Middle Management layer seems to be mostly incompetent
Little respect for employees

Advice to Senior Management

You have smart and qualified personnel, stop treating them like children
Respect your employees and they will deliver for you
