I have been working at QBE full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Good benefits and fairly friendly personel.

Cons

Constant change in evaluation proceedures for call center and sales. Flakey management and no clear cut style with evaluating agents on phone service. Prefrences given to certain agents and an unfair system with evaluating them on performance. If management does not like an ojective report on a particular agent they will have you do another one until the answer they want is provided.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too much micro managing and an absurd grading system of agents. Standards need to be fair and objective, not subjective with unpopluar agents.

    There are no pros to working for this company.

    Cons

    production and quality goals are impossible to reach. monthly reviews are not given in a timely manner therefore it is impossible to reach production and quality goals. Loyalty is not appreciated by the company. If you do not meet the production and quality standards you will be out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire some people who have management experience instead of promoting people who have never managed people at all.
