Pros

Flexible work schedule. Pay is OK>

Cons

People are just working there until they retire. There is a joke that they are just waiting for everyone to retire and then close the office or when someone leaves don't replace the position in Bellevue.

Advice to Management

You are a global insurance company, you should have offices in different locations just not Sun Prairie, WI. Deadlines need to be real, not just because it sound good.

    Pros

    Good benefits and fairly friendly personel.

    Cons

    Constant change in evaluation proceedures for call center and sales. Flakey management and no clear cut style with evaluating agents on phone service. Prefrences given to certain agents and an unfair system with evaluating them on performance. If management does not like an ojective report on a particular agent they will have you do another one until the answer they want is provided.

    Advice to Management

    Too much micro managing and an absurd grading system of agents. Standards need to be fair and objective, not subjective with unpopluar agents.
