Good entry position when transitioning out of the lab environment. Fairly relaxed environment if not in sales, although likely to be regional differences in this regard.

Cons

Regional cultural practices can be a drain on resources. More open communication needed between teams . Need to invest more in training staff. Minimum company benefits provided. Product catalogue is getting a bit stale, need greater efforts in developing/improving new hardware and kits.

Advice to Senior Management

Work harder on talent retention, esp those that cost a lot to train. React faster to employee issues.
