Aggressive schedules are okay, but only if projects are well planned. Often, projects with aggressive schedules are started with only high level planning. Once the objectives are communicated down to those who will be working on the project, they rarely have time to complete it with a sufficient level of satisfaction. Aggressiveness without proper planning leads to redundancy and inefficiency.
