Pros

Great products, great technology, forward looking roadmap

Cons

Large company politics, lack of problem ownership, lack of cooperation between certain teams, too much middle management (large email output; small productivity), lack of accountability

Advice to Senior Management

Reduce middle management, increase accountability. Use accountability to get work done, not having to escalate to management to get issues resolved.
