Pros

Since my current employment conditions are Temporary I can only say that I know that the benefits are great, but I have not yet seen them.

Cons

As a Temporary employee who has many years of experience I feel that I am not given the level of responsibility to continue my growth. I have been placed at a very low level and many other Engineers are set in there ways and do not want to accomadate change.

Advice to Senior Management

To listen more to there employees and accept change.
