QUALCOMM Software Engineer:   (Past Employee - 2009)

Pros

I know many people that are lucky to be working on exciting projects and are happy at Qualcomm.
The benefits package is awesome, salary and bonus good. You get to work on cutting edge technology if you're lucky.

Cons

There are some shady teams and divisions where the work environment is negative.

Advice to Senior Management

Reduce middle management, hire more engineers, train them well.
