QUALCOMM Human Resources Representative :   (Current Employee)

Pros

The company culture is encouraging, its benefits are attractive. The leadership focuses and requests its employees to be focused and this is key success factor.

Cons

Though the top management is great, its middle layer behaves to be bureaucratic. This sometimes leaves individuals demotivated.

Advice to Senior Management

You are doing a great job. Pls do have controls & checks at staff or manager levels.
