Cons

- Large corporation w/ typical politics/bureaucracy
- Some buildings/teams not central and spread across San Diego
- Rankings/performance reviews based on upper management deliberation and not end-to-end impact
- Reductions in force can go unreported in the media if handled in small numbers...they still happen even though you don't hear that the company is laying off

Advice to Senior Management

Make performance review process consistent across the divisions/company. Continue to reward employees for hard work and extra hours.
