QUALCOMM Software Engineer in San Diego, CA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Good health insurance
Decent pay
Good 401k and stock options
Really leading in the industry ...
No layoff

Cons

Communication within Q is a mess.
People not really are willing to help. They are trying pushing balls around around around ....
Pressure!!! People here work overtime a lot.
There is basically no fun here, seriously.
