Pros

QVC offers a great internships program. They truly invest in their interns to make it a great, enjoyable learning experience. The employees are all very friendly and always willing to offer help.

Cons

HR can be a little slow in getting back to you. Few locations. Pay is also a little low.

Advice to Management

Look internally to hire new employees as opposed to looking externally.

    Pros

it is an innovative and exciting company - there are some very good people working there trying to do very good things.

    Cons

It is all in who you know. If you laugh and hang out with the high school behaving HR in-crowed .. you'll be successful. It's like the mean girls club .... if you don't 'look' like them ... you're out.
Overall - it appears management doesn't like African Americans ..... it's hard to believe there are so few with the skill set for mid to sr level jobs.

    Advice to Management

dig deep... don't accept the surface talk around the subject answers. Hold people accountable for being direct and having solid reasons for how they treat people.
