consistent. stable. flexible hours. Enjoy the people I work with, even though office morale is low.
Cons
Benefit packages too expensive and less than average around my area. Pay is below norm of area. Very little room for advancement. QinetiQ is referred as a stepping stone job.Just a job till something else opens up.
