I worked at QinetiQ North America full-time for more than a year

Pros – Flexible time.
Management always listened when I raised concerns.
Good benefits. Standard 15 days of PTO starting, then up to 17 days after a year, and 18 after 2.

Cons – 401k vesting after 2 years. They'll take their contributions back if you're there less than 2 years, for any reason.
Convoluted management structure. Management was always attentive, but there was so many of them it was hard to tell who to call for what.

Advice to Senior Management – I never had a problem with any of you, but the 10 chiefs to every Indian thing gets old.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
