Lack of communication, Not properly planned.

ProsDecent pay.
Good people in my group.

ConsVery disorganized, nothing is planned ahead.
Manufacturing management, screams and swears when a problem arises, very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, play favorites.
Lack of trust,.
No job security, employees getting lay off every month.
Time tracking employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
