“QinetiQ is a company in transisition”
I worked at QinetiQ full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Interesting work, skilled people. Good Terms, Flexi time etc.
Cons – Staff tend to moan a lot. Limited pay rises. Pay is below industry standards. Management can be heavy handed.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
