Pros

If you want an environment where your managers at QuEST are unaware of the type of work that your job supporting Pratt and Whitney entails then this is the company for you !

Cons

Too much emphasis on meeting QuEST metrice - uploading your status reports, providing QuEST manangement with cost savings opportunities and not enough emphasis on how you actually perform your job in the eyes of the customer, who is a division of UTC.

Advice to Management

Take a serious look at the metrics you use to rate your employee performance and hold on to talented employees by paying them a greater percentage of the billable rate.

    Pros

    Small company easy to work for. Reasonable work hours. The management is usually willing to work with you if overwhelmed .

    Cons

    Small company. Not much room for vertical movement. Work load is often unbalanced between workers. Compensation does not often reflect experience.

    Advice to Management

    I have been hearing about company changes for a few years and they keep getting delayed in local branches. This has led to many people staying in positions they are overqualified for far too long.
