Pros

Well established commercial printer with wide range of benefits. Many opportunites to relocate, good promotion from within.

Cons

Long work hours. Misaligned management that does not lead from a clear directive. Massive amount of employees to contend with if trying to advance.

Advice to Management

Better common voice. Department to department and from manager to manager you can hear different opinions of where the company is headed

    Pros

Not a particularly good place unless you ate just beginning. Culture intends to keep you but mostly is a pass-through.

    Cons

Poor communication and listening capacity. Top down driven and ignores sound technical advice in favor of a misapplied agile methodology. More putting out fires than thinking how to prevent them.

    Advice to Management

Better integration and flatter topology allowing good ideas to drive business instead of unmeasured managerial decision making. Provide either stricter compartmentalization of deities and determine where overlaps can be negotiated and include all departments in project initiatives where downstream processes are effected instead of being discovered after implementation as it locks you into an implementation constricted by original concept and requires more work arounds as opposed to approaching project in its totality and be able to determine by business needs the best course of action for streamlining and actually improving process flow.

    Advice to Management
