- Disapproves of CEO
“Not what it used to be in the past.”
Current Employee – been working at Qualcomm full-time for more than a year
Pros – The money is alright if you want to work 60+ hours a week full throttle.
Cons – Managers take credit for the work of others while asking them to do more and more work. Qualcomm doesn't care about their employees as much as they used to.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop it.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
