Pros – - People are very nice and co-operative to work with.
- Intern get amazing well furnished housing (In La Jolla, an amazing location of SD) with Bi-weekly cleaning
- If located in San Diego, then it is a beautiful city to work in. LIVELY is the word.
- Your work is well respected
- Open door policy helps you to network to everyone in the office. Family like atmosphere.
- Many new interesting events help you keep energized with work.

Cons – - Don't be surprised if you sometimes have to spend a few extra hours a day.

Advice to Senior Management – It's good if politics is kept aside sometimes and focused on individuals capabilities so that he/she can grow better in the company.
