Good Company. Not A Place For Full Time Career.

Cashier (Current Employee) Bellevue, WA

ProsHealth insurance. Slow wage increases. Transfer locations. Rotating random hours/days-off. Days requested off (seniority-based.)

ConsDisabilities/education not faster promotions. Minimum wage. Prior work-experience not helpful. Gender-bias. No Sunday pay. No overtime. No holiday pay new-hire(<6mo).

Advice to Senior ManagementA happy employee is a productive employee. A well paid employee will be happy to customers. Minimum wage is unlivable. Minimum wage requires welfare.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
