Pros

Nice place to work all in all. Great people.

Cons

Long hours by yourself. A lot for one person to keep up with for such little pay.

Keep up the good work. Make the best out of what your given.

    I have been working at Quality Inn & Suites part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Few employees, so it creates a family atmosphere. It's easy to talk to management about concerns and hours.

    Cons

    Not the nicest hotel in the world, so there are a lot of complaints from guests. Hours fluctuate a LOT so pay is inconsistent. There is no 'training program' aside from Choice University, which is honestly a joke.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There needs to be a training curriculum that covers everything. Most learning doesn't happen until you've already made a mistake and have to fix it.

    Disorganized and customers always complain

    Encourage tier management scheme and support or offer incentives for structure. i.e. Front Desk Manager or Front of house manager
