Quality Title Agency – “Sweatshop”
Pros
Pay was decent.
Computers were pretty good.
Software was good.
Cons
Bad hours.
Bad work environment.
Hospitalization was a joke for a family.
Advice to Senior Management
Owner does not have a clue. Needs to get out and find some real business. The Broker business died 2 years ago. Needs to recognize people more for the good they do.
