It's a interesting job. Wish I could learn more.

Cons

No feedback and lack of communication. No training. A lot of people will be retiring within 5 years and nothing is being done to train newer people. Lack of compensation increases.

Advice to Senior Management

Your management group does not communicate with you workers. Get with the times and move into the future.
