I have been working at Qualys full-time for less than a year

Pros

Qualys has an amazing product backed up by a great team of engineers.
It's a pleasure to go to work and be part of an exciting team.

Cons

It seems that some people are staying in their positions for several years and never grow into more senior positions... some lack of ambition or excitement I believe...

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to look deeper at what's happening in each department to real understand where problems are coming from sometimes and do more than just scratching the surface

    I worked at Qualys full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Qualys is fast paced and commands A players, which makes for an overall innovative and engaging work environment. As a market leader, senior leadership has vast experience and continues to take the company in the right direction. CEO is a visionary and successfully drives a customer focused culture with team collaboration between support, sales, engineering and operations.

    Qualys allows its employees to grow professionally and personally, and does offer a path for career progression. Employee benefits are also the best I have ever had from an employer.

    If you’re motivated and passionate about cloud security, this is a solid company to join where you’ll work hard but reap rewards.

    Cons

    Need to maintain continuity within leadership functions in product marketing. Need more involvement of sales team in company events for more camaraderie.

    Continue to maintain that sense of urgency and customer focused attitude. It’s a valuable asset that tought me a lot, and it will continue to benefit your employees and customers greatly.

    Work Environment, no company events, low resources, worst management
