“Smart people, fun place to work.”
I have been working at Quantcast full-time for more than a year
Pros – Quantcast does a great job of hiring smart people. Almost everyone who works there, including managment is highly technical. There's a real focus on getting things done without a lot of bureaucratic overhead. Conventional wisdom is always questioned, and using the "industry standard" solution for anything requires making a case that it's still the best way.
Cons – Open plan work environment is noisy and distracting.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
