I have been working at Quantenna Communications, Inc. full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Very few start-ups that do a complete wifi solution. If the management incentives are aligned and work together, they have great opportunities to transform this to the next big semiconductor company.
Great place to improve technical and leadership skills.
The Team is lean but high on energy. So If you have the drive and are a self starter- here's the place to be.

    Cons

The cons are like any start-up - long hours, working creatively with few resources, etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work and don't loose focus. Management should do more to reward and retain successful employees.
