Pros

Everyone works together well to achieve common goal of being profitable company. Company understands flexibility of working remotely which can be awesome, but conversely can be a bad thing as you are expected to work extra hours occasionally. Good mid - level management support and leadership.

Cons

Inside Sales team is looked down upon from upper management and field reps. Compensation team is a complete mess. More often than not you get delayed on commission payments due to finance not having sufficient system for proper credit.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should look into taking care of sales employees and hiring better outside reps. Too much turnover due to lack of extra incentive pay for the inside sales team, and field reps get put on pedestal from executives.
