Lot's of install accounts, great technology, market leader for tape, good pay, fairly laid back culture

Cons

few resources, inefficient and immature channel, poor branding and marketing, large territory, but hard to find opportunities due to immature channel, no inside sales resources, poor communication inter-company. Don't do a good job attacking the competition.

Advice to Senior Management

Seriously work on building the channel, do a better job marketing Quantum. Look for companies that would be interested in marketing Quantum. Build the EMC relationship and the Dell relationship.
