Current Employee – been working at Quantum Corporation

Pros – Lot's of install accounts, great technology, market leader for tape, good pay, fairly laid back culture

Cons – few resources, inefficient and immature channel, poor branding and marketing, large territory, but hard to find opportunities due to immature channel, no inside sales resources, poor communication inter-company. Don't do a good job attacking the competition.

Advice to Senior Management – Seriously work on building the channel, do a better job marketing Quantum. Look for companies that would be interested in marketing Quantum. Build the EMC relationship and the Dell relationship.
