Queensway Carleton Hospital – “My experience has been very useful and fulfilling.”

Pros

I find Queensway Carleton has lots to offers to their employes. They have different stages of class, course that are available. We are all treated equally and certainly leveled and considered if you are remarkably good at what you do.

Cons

They should have less rules about employes that have only part time jobs, or when their jobs will be reduced to part time. It is unfaire for 1 person to not be able to hold 2 part time jobs in the same Hospital. Giving the opportunity part time jobs would be filled by those hard working employes.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a good long look at who does what, make sure thos that work hard are compensated for doing such. Offer to work from Home if the job give the employe the possibility to do so.
