Confusing structure
Past comp plan was difficult to understand
Sometimes frustrating to see employees with poor performance numbers move up the ladder
You definitely need a champion to get noticed for promotion

    Pros

    Benefits are competitive.
    Low amount of layoffs with frontline staff (because there is no need with a turnover so high, they continuously find better jobs outside of the company)
    Size: you can grow within this company if you are willing to consider all locations.
    Competitive pay (the trap).

    Cons

    Unprofessional management. Management by scolding and belittling employees and other management was supposed to have phased out decades ago.
    More time spent passing blame than solving problems (most problems structural as well as the above mentioned).
    Employees (management) with poor performance not being pushed to improve, not being held accountable for goals or even minimum standards.

    If you're not the problem... Jump ship.
