Advice to Senior Management

Surya and his team are awesome!. The only suggestion I would offer is to increase awareness of Quest Diagnostics with consumers of healthcare - Quest is still a "best kept secret" in the healthcare world. I loved the courage shown by management in walking away from UHC's bullying tactics - and I bet every penny that risk will pay off positively for Quest.
