Pros

Growth opportunities; career advancement; friendly, knowledgable co-workers

Cons

Lack of direction from senior and middle-management. Lack of company solidarity and focus. Quest operates like 15 smaller companies instead of the medium to large company that it is.

Advice to Senior Management

Clearly define roles within the organization, and empower employees and management to do their jobs. Decide if Quest is one company of 10-15 smaller ones, and re-org to suit your choice; anything in between causes countless problems and inefficiencies.
