Senior management that has demonstrated their personal interest in the company when they could easily cash out and retire ot go elsewhere. The company maintains that small company culture from senior management down.

Cons

like any company, there are some individuals who are harder to work with than others, but thankfully at Quest this is minimal.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the great work and vision as to what we are as a company and where we will be in 5 - 10 years!
