The company is continuing to grow and compete in a mature market space. They have a reputaiton for innovation and work to build good products.

Cons

Too many products, not enough solutions! It is difficult to articulate a value proposition to a customer when you have dozens of products that need to work together to produce a competitive solution.

Advice to Senior Management

Management is out of touch with the reality of the business on the ground. There's too much of an inside network at the upper management level and it gets in the way of doing good business. Your administrative and "back office" functions do not appear to be a high enough priority with upper management to get them right. As a result, a lot of time and effort is wasted "working the system" instead of selling to customers.
