Quest Software – “Unique place trying to balance culture with growth”

Pros

The leadership teams cares a lot about the culture feeling like a small company. They want people to have fun and be very proud of working for them.

Cons

Didn't get a lot of communication on leadership changes. Would have like to have more formal reviews of my performance to see if I could move up, and if not, what could I work on.

Advice to Senior Management

I know it's hard because you guys are so busy, but would be good to hear from the leaders mroe frequently.
