Pros

Smart people;
Consistently growing company;
Well respected in the market;
Flexible time off policy;
Stable company

Cons

Low pay, really low as compared to competitors - BUT good incentive plan
Employees are expected to be available 24/7
Small company so not much room for advancement
Hands on training - no specific employee training program
Open working environment - meaning no offices and working from home is generally not allowed
General distrust of employees and competitors

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees better and create a more friendly working environment. The company is almost there, but there is definitely room for improvement.

    I have been working at Questel full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Flexible schedule with regular amount of days off. Short 401K vesting period (3 years only) so you don't have to stay long to keep the company matching which is capped at 3%.

    Cons

    Poor management without vision. Low compensation which is consistently 25% lower than competitors. No annual review and do not expect any raise. No advancement opportunity as the management prefers to hire relatives than the truly qualified candidates.

    Time to seek qualified individuals to management the company.
