Former Employee – worked at QuickLogic

Pros – Quicklogic generally has a friendly culture, decent pay and good benefits. Most positions have a good life balance.

Cons – The senior management is clueless, starting from the top down. Some very smart people, but you really need exceptional vision or exceptional technology to make it in semis and QL has neither. They are living off past products and a few limited market new ones. The Board has been a bit more assertive in recent years, but doesn't ever seem to ask the hard questions. It can be an OK place to work for a while but the company is not now on a stable path and turnover/layoffs happen fairly frequently.

Advice to Senior Management – Resign
