    Pros

    If you are a techie and like to see the results of your work real-time then this is the job for you. Comp and benefits are top tier and the culture is smart and friendly. Contributions are recognized throughout all levels and, although the pace is fast, the work is rewarding.

    Cons

    Lots to do and priorities galore. Time management is a struggle and that makes communication more important.

    Frequent communications and road maps are very helpful. Especially consistent messages of what's new and good. Keep it coming!

    You need to value your employees. Without them there is no Quickplay. Hire some additional staff, overtime is expensive and is burning out your employees.
