Pros

Fun work environment. Very good training. Company has potential to be great!

Cons

Sweatshop environment, extremely low pay, long hours.

Advice to Management

Many of the employees are overworked and underpaid. Employee retention is low because of this. Quality workers more than likely find work elsewhere.

    Pros

-Amazing benefits -Awesome technology - Great co-workers - Outstanding training in the mortgage industry and in sales

    Cons

    - Compensation is low for the amount 55-60+ hours put in per week - Workers will have no time for self, family, and friends (outside of QL) -Stressful environment - working so much =lack of sleep which adds to stress

    Advice to Management

    - Upper management is usually made up of awesome people that are very helpful. Continue the great work. - I really believe that if the hours required were less (maybe around 45 hours/week ), turn around would be a lot less and Mortgage bankers would enjoy their job a lot more.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

-Compensation and benefits are terrific, especially for a depressed state such as Michigan -Training and facilities are comparable to Google

    Cons

-Smoke and mirrors when it comes to compensation, work/life balance, and expectations -Team leaders are incompetent and only value the numbers game -Morale couldn't be worse once you take a moment to realize that no one is happy with themselves

    Advice to Management

-Treat employees with respect and figure out that motivation is seldom a result of monetary compensation, take the time to relate to employees and be a human being
