Pros

The passion, commitment to client excellence, and sheer brilliance of everyone I worked with is second to none. I would absolutely refer this organization to anyone!

Cons

There are times when there was more opportunity than resources available to capitalize on it.

I worked at Quicken Loans full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice airy, colorful office space. Popcorn. Co-workers were great. Training was pretty good. The cafeteria was nice as well. Views from the offices were nice.

    Cons

Long, long hours. Micro-management. Too many huddles and group meetings. Hardly no one takes a lunch. I don't think I'm the sales type though. Only took the job because I needed one. Looking back, I should've applied for something in operations. Oh, I didn't like working downtown because of the parking. It just takes so much longer to get to your seat and clock-in. I hated having to clock in & out as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Split shifts should be implemented for banking and operations so that people can have a life outside of work.
