    Pros

Quicken has limitless potential to make commissions. The only thing that separates you from the top bankers at the company is learning what to say and how to say it. If you are willing to put in the hours to get there you will make a very good living.

    Cons

If you expect success to be handed to you, this is not the company for you. Success won't come easy. It will take sacrifice and persistence, but you will reap well beyond what you sow.

care about your employees, stop being sexist, don't have things set up to where whoever kisses ass the most gets the furthest ahead, don't cut the comp plan across the board continuously
