Due to being a newer company you put in an amazing amount of time. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit you will enjoy this time.

Continue to grow the support functions and dont lose the small company spirit

    Good Team environment, getting help from co-workers is easy, good learning experience.

    hard to get help from managers, limited professional growth.

    I worked at Quidsi full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The training for a Customer Care Associate was in depth, which is a good thing to make sure you understand what the company is about and all the tools you need to be successful. You were given the freedom to handle customers inquiries how you felt necessary. Given that this was an e-commerce business you needed to keep up with how frequently things changed. With that being said training is consistently being provided to make sure every one is up to date on those changes.

    Cons

    When I first started working there it felt very free and open and they made you feel like it was a "hip" place to work. Since Amazon bought out Quidsi I felt like some of the cool aspects of this company were slowly fading. It is not what it used to be but they are still trying to cover that up with an icing of free coffee, snacks, and happy hour to make it look that way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change the point system and the system on how you grade agents. Stop making up rules as you go along because it is crippling the positive image Quidsi once had
