    I worked at Quidsi full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Lots of fun for the employees; parties galore!

    Cons

    Call center employees are not treated equally to the corporate employees. It is very easy to get fired without a valid reason.

    Review why so many of your past employees have been terminated and bring them back!

    crazy hours, not much incentive, glass ceiling
