I have been working at Quiksilver full-time

    Pros

Ain't none. they hired me and helped me become a stronger visual merchandiser and thicker skinned woman.

    Cons

my tenure with Quiksilver was one themost backwards work experiences i have ever had. the staff is under trained and numb. the senior management is ineffective and useless. I want to say more, but it gets creepy and disgusting.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Quiksilver full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Leaders excellect customer service great discount

    Cons

They now require dress code Huge change in management The respect for the culture is no longer there.

    Advice to Management

Stick to what it is the company represents. People don't shop at the store because people are wearing clothes according to dress code or because they love the way you guys micro manage. They come in because they love the product and the vibe they get from the staff, if the employees look miserable and the vibe is missing don't expect people to be excited to buy anything from your stores.
