Quinn Group Employee Review
Quinn Group – “A place to work that's good for your resume. A good place for your career if you are old, white and male.”

Globally recognizable brand name of "Caterpillar" looks good on your resume. This is the only reason to work for this company.
Cons
Competitive salary to them means that their maximum pay for a job position is equal to the average salary range for industry. If you work hard for years, the best that you'll do is make average salary compared to others doing the same thing for other companies. This also means that if you are getting anything less than the maximum, you are getting paid less than most people doing the same thing you are, elsewhere.
Management is promoted from within, but lacking any training, so management doesn't know what they are doing and are often times unprofessional in a bad way. Promotions are usually for old white men so if you are not old, white or male, you're out of luck. Management is virtually all old white men. Their management methods were already obsolete decades ago.
Advice to Senior Management
This place is an insult to equal opportunity employers, with their claim to be such.

I found Blake Quinn, whose office is is Fresno, Ca. , to be very personable and well attuned to the needs of his employees. I don't know how many people work for him but when I worked for him, he knew all of them by name.
I can't say enough good about that organization.
